Furniture Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our Mninga wood furniture factory in Dar es Salaam. You will manage the cutting, assembly, and quality control teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory operations and schedules
- Ensure quality control on all Mninga wood and Teak wood products
- Train and supervise factory workers
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our Funiture
Must Have
- 5+ years experience in furniture manufacturing
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Tanzania
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Experience with Odoo ERP or other inventory systems
